Spheroidal pearlite Alloy Roll is pearlite in matrix was accounted for more than 80% of the nodular cast iron roll. Nodular cast iron, nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloy element in pearlite ductile iron roll with special heat treatment. Pearlitic nodular cast iron roll has a good strength, high temperature performance and accident resistance, low layer hardness drop.
